Generator Hostels

In 2009/2010, Nordarken Hospitality House sourced a unique investment opportunity for Generator Hostel and its private equity owner. Nordarken Hospitality House acquired an empty office building in the heart of Copenhagen and, under a turn-key contract, developed and sold the completed hostel ready for operation to Generator Hostel and its private equity owner.

In the process, Nordarken Hospitality House assumed the role of acquiring the empty office building under complex conditions, obtained all necessary permits, and delivered the completed hostel under a turn-key construction contract.
