Ambitious new
hotel at the beach
In 2021, Nordarken Hospitality House acquired a waterfront land plot in Køge 40 km. south of Copenhagen. In close dialogue with the municipality and local authorities, an ambitious plan has been developed to create a 150-room lifestyle resort hotel covering 10.000 m².
In 2022, 49,9% of the project was sold to a private equity investor. Construction is expected to begin in 2022 and be completed by 2024.
The project is one of the first green-field waterfront resort hotel developments in Denmark in many years.
